I have to disagree.

You are blaming American women for being responsible in their choices, instead of blaming a culture that enslaves women - where women have no other role but producing children. In Islamic cultures, women are sex-slaves that serve the sole purpose of bearing and raising children for their masters.

One society embraces freedom, responsibility and growth. The other culture embraces slavery, misery and hate.

There's a lot of truth in what you say: women in traditional Muslim societies are being kept uneducated, marrying very young, having no roles and no possibilities except copulation, childbearing, and house-drudgery at a level of personal restriction that amounts to house-arrest. Hardly a pattern to emulate.

On the other hand, to an alarming extent American women's sexual/family relations have not been characterized by, as you say, "freedom, responsibility and growth." It's a pervasive pattern of youthful junk-sex, debased personal relations with morally puny, terminally-immature, non-provident males, epidemic fertility-destroying STD's, the expected mangled bloody baby or two in the teen and 20's years, non-marriage, non-family-formation, leading to a stunted, well-below-replacement fertility rate by perimenopause.

Also hardly a pattern to emulate.

Worse than the simple infertility is the out-of-wedlock childbearing. Some 45 years ago Daniel Patrick Moynihan noted the "pathology of the Negro family" in which out-of-wedlock childbearing was, among Black people, a shocking one out OF five. Now it's, FOR WHITES, 1:5, FOR HISPANICS 2:5, FOR BLACKS 2:3.

A society that spends 38 years killing 50 million babies and lacks the generosity, vision and vigor to form families, real families, has only one thing to say:
