Demonstrating why Janet Napolitano's "record deportations" mean absolutely nothing, illegals tell FOX's Griff Jenkins they will come right back in. One even says he will go and get a bite to eat and then come right back across the border. Americans know this is a farce after seeing rapists and murderers come back across with ease - some even after a dozen deportations. This is a useless exercise and waste of billions ($5 billion to deport 390,000 last year), until a border wall is built.

Brutal. I like it and would maybe even create some jobs too! Personally i like the grapefruit truck method. Round them up cut off their heads and when the 30 foot long grapefruit hauling truck is full drive it to the other side of the border and dump the heads. I want to see them come back after that.

On Tuesday, Denver police arrested Eliu Montes-Garcia, 28, in connection with a Saturday night hit-and-run that left a parking valet dead outside a Denver nightclub.
According to witnesses, 21-year-old Jose Medina was helping a woman exit her car when a white GMC pickup truck hit him with so much force that he was thrown 50 feet into the street.
It was Medina’s first night on the job at the Rock Star Lounge on Lincoln Street.
Police are still searching for a woman who may have actually been driving the truck.
At this time, it is not clear what role Montes-Garcia may have had in the crime and police have not yet announced what charges he is facing. An advisement hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
Denver police spokesman Sonny Jackson told reporters: “We’re not saying he’s the driver. His role exactly has not been determined yet. We’re still looking for other additional parties.”
Montes-Garcia has a history of arrests for various traffic and drug violations and was deported in 2008.
In May 2007, he was arrested in Alamosa County for felony distribution of dangerous drugs, driving without a license, improper license plates and driving under restraint.
He spent nine months in a Colorado state prison for felony drug possession and was deported back to Mexico on March 27, 2008.
Montes-Garcia is currently being held in the Denver County Jail on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.
I lived in Phoenix. Gangs of Latinos would hang out in the park behind my house at night. One night they were playing their music loudly. My neighbor went outside and yelled for them to turn the music off. He was approached by a Latino male.
He was shot 4 times in the chest and died.
I talked to the police. The response was: “He is probably on the way to the border and will be back over in the park in a couple of days. My advice is to let them alone.”

There ya go. Good idea. Let Sherrif Joe Arpaio be in charge of that dept.
Perhaps a bullet in the head before they cross the border would be more apropos? They could look at that bite to eat as their last meal....
When (if) they're deported, they get flagged. The deportee is informed that, under no circumstances, is he or she allowed in the USA or its territories again. Ever.
Cops, BP, ICE, airports, etc., get RFID scanners to check prisoners and suspects.
If they are ever found in the USA again, with the chip, they're automatically guilty of a felony - 10 to 20 years - no trial or hearing required, no appeals allowed.
If they're found in the USA again WITHOUT the chip, then we KNOW they're up to something evil. They're executed. No trial, no appeals, just a trip behind the station and a bullet in the head.
There would, of course, be options that allows their status to change and the flag to be lifted. Maybe. But otherwise - RFID chip and in the USA after deportation - 10-20 years. NO RFID chip and back in the USA after deportation - Death.
Other than smuggling other aliens, which is a serious felony, the only real way to seriously threaten an illegal alien is to officially bar them from reentry. If they reenter after that, it is a major felony, and they will go to a federal prison for 5-7 years. And then be re-deported.
Barring from reentry is not easy, and it has to be done by a federal judge.
How about 3 years, all their property is confiscated and we send them back with a tattoo and 200 pesos and a cheap suit to give them a fresh start.
Death penalty if they return illegally.
I like to be fair and give them a nice warning and far more than they deserve in this case.
Notch thier ears like cattle.

Is it against the law to kill someone who’s not “officially” here? At the very least a law should be made that it’s NOT illegal to kill annoying gang members that are illegal aliens
