Woman Who ID'd Arizona Shooter As Liberal Reflects On Experience (Media Not Happy With Description)
Parkers writings ^ | 1-28-11

Posted on 01/28/2011 7:07:36 AM PST by icwhatudo

She calls the actions of CNN's Piers Morgan "scumbag" and thinks the media tried to put a "right spin" on the political leanings of the Arizona shooter.

A key player in identifying the liberal background of the Arizona shooter, Jared Lee Loughner, has written about her experience.

Caitie Parker, a former classmate, band-mate, and friend of Jared Lee Loughner, was one of the first to out Loughner's leftwing leanings. While the media was in full "blame Palin and the Tea Party" mode, Parker went to Twitter with her now famous "As I knew him he was left wing, quite liberal." quote.

In a new development late Thursday evening, Ms. Parker has released a detailed account on the events that have so affected her life.

---------------------------------------------------------

Initial thoughts after hearing about the shooting:

"Was it a Tea Partier? Was Sarah Palin’s map to blame?"

---snip---

On being interviewed by Lester Holt from NBC:

"We went on with the interview, I stated what I knew. It didn’t seem that I was the person Mr. Holt wanted to talk to that morning. I have nothing against him, he just didn’t really get down to the nitty gritty. I guess I didn’t portray him in the light the nation wanted."

---snip---

On accusations she was a conservative

"One article had circulated that I was a republican burying my ties to the Tea Party by claiming Jared was a liberal. If you must know, I’m registered Green Party, and I have a voter card to prove it."

---snip---

On CNN Piers Morgan:

"CNN Piers Morgan e-mailed me and wanted me to get in touch with Jared’s parents. I thought that was the most scumbag thing of anyone to ask, that didn’t even warrant a reply, I just pushed delete."

Read Caitie's complete account here

Her comments have appeared everywhere from the New York Times to being linked to from the top of the DRUDGE REPORT.

The liberal background of Ms. Parker (loathes FOX News and Rush Limbaugh) made her honesty about the shooter's leftwing leanings the subject of the Free Republic article: "The Last Honest Liberal-Caitie Parker" which detailed how she went from initially blaming Palin to becoming a key voice in stopping the myth that the shooter was in any way conservative/Tea Party.

Her own liberal tendencies have not stopped the attacks from fellow liberals incensed that she turned traitor in their eyes by telling the truth about what she knew of the shooters politics. She even commented on how the media seemed to want a "right spin." and became overwhelmed by the nearly 40 media requests for interviews including NPR, Good Morning America, MSNBC, among others.

Here are our twitter conversations reformatted in timeline order top to bottom:

She doesn’t understand that the Liberals are about killing their opponents, not eating their own! Loathe is the Liberal to associate or be associated with a Conservative group.

It’s always fun, though... Liberals ALWAYS eat their own when it comes down to it.

The corrupt MSM is made up of the 60’s radicals. Truth is nothing to them, they are there to agitate for leftist causes. They see nothing morally wrong with deeply coloring the truth (deliberately constructing false impressions) to further their goal, which they believe is just.

In fact, they now hold firm that it is their sacred duty is to manufacture information if necessary in order to create a specific outcome that squares with their value system.

They have deluded themselves into believing that they - alone - possess the truth and all who do not submit to their belief system are evil foes who must be vanquished and it is their job to help crush those who dissent — for the greater good of their ideology.

We take these facts lightly at our own peril.

“Loughner’s former [BEST] friend [Zach Osler] said that he was mostly influenced by the Zeitgeist Movement. Below is the ABC video interview with Jared Loughner’s friend, Zach Osler.” [see first link below]

(ABC Good Morning America video at link)

Zach Osler: [pp] “Zeitgeist Movement had a PROFOUND effect on shooter and how he saw the world”
http://www.norcalblogs.com/gate/2011/01/shooter-never-listened-to-talk-radio-called-gifford-stupid-after-meeting-her.php
______________________________________________________

The ‘Zeitgeist Movement’ is basically a global Marxism one:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Zeitgeist_Movement

**************************************************

Concepts advocated by the Zeitgeist Movement

* Management of the Earth's Natural Resources: Once surveyed, the Earth's natural resources will no longer be privately owned. They will be managed according to general sustainability principles of preservation, recycling and optimization.

* No Money, Barter, Trade or Property: The monetary value of commodities does not represent the actual physical supply of natural resources, or their utilitarian value, which is integral to the success of the type of sustainable global society that the Zeitgeist Movement advocates. Income is a requirement for individuals to sustain life in a monetary system, so this in turn creates the need for commodities to be continuously bought and sold and for goods to be continuously produced, in order to make sure that the operation of social functions is maintained. This, combined with competition over market share, creates an abundance of goods that usually exceeds the demand for them, which in turn depletes natural resources and may create excessive waste.

Furthermore, the profit motive inherent in a monetary system, creates an incentive to increase profits regardless of the impact on human beings or the environment. When labor is displaced or outsourced, it either removes a laborer's source of sustenance, or takes advantage of inexpensive laborers. Certain manufacturers and corporations have been noted to contaminate the environment by dumping their by-products and waste materials, instead of disposing of them properly, in order to save money. Other manufacturers have been known to take advantage of a process called planned obsolescence in order to increase sales of their products over time. With universal access to goods and services provided by a sustainable means of production based on resource availability, optimization and preservation, these problems of a monetary economy can be overcome.

* Automation: Machine automation is more productive than human labor and replaces the need for people to perform repetitive and tedious tasks.

* Technological Unification of the Earth: Globally networked technological infrastructure is required to monitor planetary resources in real time, and theoretically make the most efficient use of them in solving planetary problems.

* Scientific Methodology: Decision making regarding the methods of production, what goods and services are to be provided, city planning and resource optimization, preservation and recycling will be arrived at by analysing relevant trends and data, via use of the scientific method.

* Sustainable City Systems: Utilizing a systemic approach for a sustainable global society, city systems may act as microcosm to the global network of technological infrastructure. The city system can incorporate all manufacturing, goods and services that people will use on a daily basis within the city limits. The city system may also utilize a cybernetic central computer to monitor energy and resource supply, usage and other relevant data in real time, relaying this information to other city systems that make up the macrocosm of the technologically unified globe.

Nazi Party

The National Socialist German Workers' Party (German: Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, abbreviated NSDAP), commonly known in English as the Nazi Party (from the German Nazi, abbreviated from the pronunciation of Nationalsozialist[5]), was a political party in Germany between 1919 and 1945. It was known as the German Workers' Party (DAP) prior to a change of name in 1920.

National Health Care: Medicine in Germany 1918-1945 [Nazi health care]
Does the Modern Bureaucratization of Medicine Risk a Return to the Horrors of National Socialist Medicine?

by Marc S. Micozzi M.D.

Today we are concerned about issues such as doctor-assisted suicide, abortion, the use of fetal tissue, genetic screening, birth control and sterilization, health-care rationing and the ethics of medical research on animals and humans. These subjects are major challenges in both ethics and economics at the end of the twentieth century. But at the beginning of the twentieth century the desire to create a more scientific medical practice and research had already raised the issues of euthanasia, eugenics, and medical experimentation on human subjects. In addition, the increasing involvement of the German government in medical care and funding medical research established the government-medical complex that the National Socialists later used to execute their extermination policies. ..."

We take these facts lightly at our own peril.

Whats alarming is it appears the GOP still wants to accept the media 'leaning left' is just the way it is.

The leftist media has gone way beyond merely 'leaning left' in the past few years - they are flat making sh*t up in order to affect political outcomes. This is INTOLERABLE and cannot be allowed to continue if we want to keep our free & open society. The GOP had better adapt a plan to start dealing with them more effectively & soon.

During the 2000 election, they flat out made up stories about GW Bush in order to defeat him and support Algore. I think that was when the MSM just threw any pretense of objectivity out the window. They have become the campaign arm of the marxists in the demonrat party. They openly campaigned for obama and continue to run interference for him. The GOP needs to wise up and understand that the media is their opponant and treat them as such. Otherwise, they will continue to get punked and the marxists will stay in power.

The first thing the GOP leadership should do is forbid any members interview with anyone who's an obvious liberal partisan, which is not hard to discern.

Why would you want to talk to someone who's only going to try to make you look foolish? Unless of course you are a fool.

From anarchist-org.forum:

The Zapatista Army of National Liberation (El Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional) is an anarcho communist army that is based in Mexico, mainly the poorest state in Mexico, Chiapas. In 1994, January 1st, they started their revolution and it has been increasingly successful throughout the years. Today, they are attempting non-violent struggles because the people told them too — they are truly an army of the people. However, both the people and their army are realizing how unsuccessful that tactic is.

Their ideology, Zapatismo, is a mixture of indigenous teachings, autonomism, anarchism and communism. Although other revolutions are going on in the world (like the Southern African anarcho communist movement), the Zapatista revolution was deemed the first modern revolution of our time and it’s bringing hope to people not only in Mexico, but around the world.”

From the Wall Street Journal
NOVEMBER 24, 2007

Oswald was a dedicated communist who had defected to the Soviet Union in 1959 out of disgust with American capitalism. After becoming disillusioned with Soviet life, he returned to the U.S. in 1962. In early 1963, he bought a scoped rifle through the mail and soon used it to fire a shot (which missed) at retired general Edwin Walker, the head of the John Birch Society in Dallas. In the summer of 1963, Oswald was active in street demonstrations in support of Castro. In September 1963, he visited the Soviet and Cuban embassies in Mexico City seeking a travel visa that would allow him to travel to Cuba.

Oswald was among the radicals of the time who saw Third World revolutionaries like Castro as the wave of the communist future. He was well aware of Kennedy's efforts to overthrow Castro's regime. As a Senate investigative committee suggested in 1975, Oswald shot Kennedy to interrupt his administration's plans to assassinate Castro or to overthrow his regime in Cuba.

Ignoring Oswald's communist links, journalists and political leaders quickly claimed the president was a martyr to civil rights. Earl Warren said that Kennedy had "suffered martyrdom as a result of the hatred and bitterness that has been injected into the life of our nation by bigots." Martin Luther King said the assassination had to be viewed against the backdrop of violence against civil rights marchers in the South. James Reston wrote in the New York Times that "something in the nation itself, some strain of madness and violence, had destroyed the highest symbol of law and order."

The consensus opinion was that Kennedy was a victim of hate and bigotry, a casualty of his support for civil rights. The Cold War and Kennedy's ongoing feud with Castro were rarely mentioned as factors behind the assassination. The reasons? Mrs. Kennedy wanted her husband remembered as a modern-day Abraham Lincoln. Lyndon Johnson feared complicating relations with the Soviet Union. Liberals feared a replay of the McCarthy period, when the Wisconsin senator inflamed public opinion about fears of domestic communism.

I would include the hundreds of everyday crimes that take place as well. Bank robberies, murders, rapes, etc.
