You are 100% correct. Untouchables. To deal with it directly is to the detriment of the unit commander, safer for him or her to kick the can down the road.

Gays and Muslims are off limits to the UCMJ. No, it's PC commanding officers that determine homosexual behavior and Muslims to be off limits. Perverted behavior is still addressed in the UCMJ as well as other acts.
