That tan coloured patch is the pastic sheating that the that they used to hide the “Pilicia Federal” markings on the side. They forget to hide the Mexican flag painted on the fuselage, though.

Very few owners of jets paint their aircrafy flat gray or any other heat absorbing color that frys everything inside while sitting on the Tarmac! I do not see a scheduled Falcon 20 departure for Tucson at that time. I do see a Falcon 50 scheduled for departure to KSUS (Spirit of St. Louis airport, Missouri) at 12:41PM PST. In fact, I do not see any Falcon 20s scheduled for departure today out of Van Nuys.
