One would imagine that with such an important personage such as the President of the US, ANYONE even remotely associated with his ("immaculate?") birth would have come forward by now and PROUDLY proclaimed to the world they had been "present" for this greatest ("Second Coming?") event, be it doctor(s), nurse(s), aids, etc. not to mention "the" Hospital involved.You missed the rapturous praise coming out of Kenya?
