We buy the large pack of precooked bacon at Sams - Hormel brand I think - it has something like 75 thin slices - most of the fat has been cooked off - very convenient for a sandwich or crumbled in salad - instead of cooking an entire pound, which of course you are going to eat... lol usually around $9 for a lot of bacony goodness.
