Schumer had a 1600 on his SAT’s. He’s not dumb as far as that kind of thing, but he’s apparently idiotic when it comes to the Constitution. The approximately 90% left-wing mainstream media will quickly forget this, but never Palin’s slip of the tongue. I think Schumer’s was worse - he seems to have really believed that, rather than just having misspoken.
Potential smarts and being educated are very different things... If you look at today’s education system, you can understand his confusion...
