Daddie Bush does also, to some extent - “civil unions.”

"This is the one that went into fashion design, isn’t it?"

You know, I have absolutely no idea what she does. I know her sister taught school (for about five minutes), then she became an NBC Today Show contributor. I can't say that I remember ever reading anything about Barbara.

I did read recently that their 1st Cousin, Lauren Bush is engaged to David Lauren, heir to the Ralph Lauren empire. Yes, if she changes her name, she'll be Lauren Lauren.

I’m with you. I want to marry both Bush daughters. I’m sure she’s ok with that.

Was the one flopping around drunk on the bar room floor?

You're wrong. They were drinking margaritas in a Mexican an restaurant with fake ID's. Neither was drunk. Jenna was crying outside after the arrest that "it isn't fair" we can't do what everybody else does...they were the only ones (college kids) arrested. Interestinly, the person who reported them also called the press.

Barbara's fake ID was in the name of Barbara Pierce...her grandmother's maiden name.

It was typical college freshmen that they thought they wouldn't get caught...like people didn't know who they were...in Austin!

No one has yet commented on this aspect of the Bush daughter’s support of gay marriage:
________________________________________________________
“The 20-second spot released Monday is sponsored by the Human Rights Campaign, a civil rights organization that works to achieve lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equality.”
_________________________________________________________
It would be bad enough if this was her own personal view and
she let it be known to the press. But to appear in an ad sponsored by such a leftist, homosexualist organization as the Human Rights Campaign, makes her statement all the worse. I don’t understand how Bush could have appeared in such a spot. What an airhead she must be!

They seemed sweet girls to me. The blond one was involved in charity work, and probably this one also.

But they don’t seem to have a speck of brain in their bodies.

Yes I do. I wish to thank you for illustrating why so very perfectly.

Still smarting over what Grant did to you guys at Vicksburg I see.

For your clearly impoverished educational information Barbara Bush was reared as a Texan, and is now by her own admission a New York City transplant.

By the way General U.S. Grant was from New York -- New York City, in fact -- you know, where Grant's Tomb is located to this day, and New York is not New England.

Why don't you see if someone in that crowd behind you over there can find you some pigs feet or a fresh "tobaccee chaw" for you to gnaw on. And I mean something somebody else hasn't already started "chawin'" for you to get you started (though it does look like you certainly could use the help.)

I can hear that "Deliverance" banjo playing in the background now. That must be your cue. It's your turn to belly flop.

Next time you might want to get a little "learnin'" done before you make stupid blanket postings.

Attention whore? She’s been neither seen nor heard in ages.

Maybe this is something she just feels strongly about. Sometimes having gay friends or relatives changes one’s viewpoint.

I do wish all the ‘daughters’ would shut up.

That is an extremely cruel and uninformed post.

If I were the wrong sort of person, I would question your own Christianity for posting it.

Sometimes having gay friends or relatives changes one’s viewpoint.

No more so than having relatives or friends who are alcoholics would change one's viewpoint in regard to that behaviour.

Please continue.

Your malice, bigotry, non sequitur associations and condescension are textbook perfect for a specimen of your species.

You make my case for me, and save me a great deal of typing.

Most of our presidents have believed in God, present one excluded, but, also realize that they are president to all Americans, and all faiths. As stated earlier, the current usurper-in-chief excluded. I believe GW used the term Almighty so he didn’t offend other faiths.

I am not indicating that a president should not equally respect & accept people of different religious faiths, and that as president he represents people from all types of religious backgrounds. However GW Bush specifically opined that all faiths lead to God (I guess whatever generic form of God one believes in). The Bible is very clear... Jesus said that He is the Way, the Truth & the Life. I'm not advocating that GWB or anyone should spend their time bashing other faiths, but in the meantime he doesn't need to engage in needless pandering either.

Both are behaviours. Some say they are both choices whilst others claim that people are born into them. Both behaviours have been traditionally frowned upon and are unhealthy. One can pray for those who find themselves engaged in either behaviour, but one does not have to accept the behaviour.

You make my case for me, and save me a great deal of typing.

Yeah, but I like to write, I get to have more fun at your expense, and historically and regionally illiterate rednecks like you just make it so easy for me. Today you are my plaything.

If you continue to post like a fool I'll continue to make fun of you.

We New Englanders are a pretty hearty bunch, and we'll tear you a new one if we have to.

When it comes to "bigotry," I'll remind you, that it was you who first dimwittedly inveighed against those of us who hail from New England, I'll remind you that the name of the movie was "Mississippi Burning," and I'll further remind you that unlike the folks in your parts, we don't have a history of lynching black folks in these parts.

And speaking of the parts that constitute you, you might want to look up what the meaning of the word "species" is, check again how you just mis-appropriated what would otherwise be its meaningful usage, and gain an entirely new appreciation for the reason that Mississippi's educational system places at the bottom of most rankings.

Might want to back down right now, too, because I'm just warming up.

I am of the belief that people are born gay. Not always, sometimes it can be a choice particularly with lesbians, but I’ve known too many people who are gay not to believe it is genetic.

The only choice with them, then, is to be celibate or not.

And, if not, to behave responsibly with partners or not.
