This is BS. If records show he had been treated prior to the incident for depression etc., and then placed in a position he was not trained to do, then the Army has to cover for him and provide for his care.

I agree totally. He was treated for depression before the incident took place but he wasn’t treated for schizophrenia and that is something that doesn’t come and go.
