Doesn’t this ruling carry more weight than the other two.

From what I gather, 50 judges could say it's constitutional but just ONE other judge saying otherwise deems the entire deal unconstitutional. The rookie Hussein's administration maybe breaking the law as we speak. (Although I've always assumed that to be the case once Hussein got into office.)

They should get Donald Berwick to the Hill ASAP and get him on record stating that he plans to ignore a federal court ruling

Another new idea.

OK throw the whole law out and pass a one page that says insurance companies can’t throw you off of their plans if you get sick as long as you pay yor premiums.Let the states set up pools for those who have pre existing conditions like most already have and that is it.That’s it done.

Healthcare reform advocates say that as the administration and the states move forward with implementation, millions of Americans will begin to benefit from the law's consumer protections — making it less likely that the appeals court judges and eventually the Supreme Court justices will strike down massive legislation that's already the law of the land. “I think the litigation will be less attractive at that time,” said Tim Jost of the Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Didn't we hear this lie about 10 months ago for the November election??..how did that work out???
