You might not like this, but I think that they should be allowed to trash things. Just sit back, get out of the fray, and let the country get trashed. You might not want to see it, but sometimes society needs to completely collapse in order to rebuild.

I sound like a demented hippie, but think of it this way:

In a true survivalist situation, these idiot leftists will learn VERY quickly to either survive or they’ll perish in the collapse. This is something that I think is inevitable and we need to just let the deluge come and ride it out. America can’t continue being this way and we need to just stop putting of the collapse.

American can either restructure, as we are trying to do, or live in denial as the Lefitsts want to. Either way, the smart win out in the end.

I hear what you’re saying. Sometimes the easiest way to build is to let it burn to the ground and start over.

But, you’re right, it’s not my first choice. I’m prepared to deal with it, and have peace with whatever I need to do. But, the ramifications go beyond its effects on me. The thought of my not yet adult children having to make the choice of whether or not to shoot a neighbor or family member...makes me sick, as does the thought of them potentially having to do without me. At their age, their ancestors may have fended for themselves, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Still, we plan for all contingencies as best we can. And, hope. Realistically, though, there are too many people who have been conditioned to believe Daddy Government will, and should, provide. They won’t willingly give up their teat in favor of hard work or hardship. It may just be a matter of when the inevitable happens.

If I were you, I would go and emigrate somewhere, preferably Chile/Costa Rica, somewhere the government isn’t self destructive.

The Obama mob will be out in force on Friday after the Muzzie services. Mubaraks mob will meet them in the street. The MSM is rooting for the Obama mob. I find myself rooting for the anti-Obama mob. MSM is always wrong.

I had a friend of over twenty years who was always a democrat and liberal. But when Obama became the candidate he changed.

Our friendship became a terrible strain as he constantly harped on the “us vs them” theme of financial inequity.

I work for a large for profit corporation he works in the non profit sector. We met weekly for coffee and talk about my companies mentoring program.

Today two years later, we barely speak.

Yesterday, he called me to ask if. “I saw the brilliance of what Obama is doing in Egypt?”

When I told him no. He said, “ You don't understand that society belongs to the under-served now.”

I really think he has gone off the deep end.

Scary!
