The whitehouse has become the war room for the moslem brotherhood.

I think we’ve got a good grasp on the situation but it’s very serious and involves living with the fact that we’re backing a dictator staying in power amid revolution for the next several months. That’s a dirty business for sure.

They don’t ask those questions before the MB cracks down and beats them into submission.

nobama is such a great leader.

That depends on who you ask. The Muslim Brotherhood are singing his praises, surely. He’s a great leader to the enemies of America. Enough people know this now and enough people know that he is not even elegible for the office he is using to destroy us. Why is he still there? I don’t get it. There are forces aligned against us that we know nothing about. Makes it real hard to fight them. Prayer and a return to God are the way out of this; the only way.

“Pro-democracy folks have heard protesters are being attacked and are rushing to the square by the thousands to help.”

Source, please?

Can you be “pro-democracy” and still want to cut the heads off non-believers?

zer0 stoked the flames last night when he said the transition had to start "now."

He should not have said that. But that wouldn't have fit with his islamist agenda, would it?

Anyone notice the violence didn’t start until Obamma gave his “inspiration” speech and his demand for Mubarak to step down immediately?

Yes, I noticed that. We have to recognize that our policy of 'democratic regime change' may be popular here in America but it probably is not popular with other Middle East leasers...it may not be popular with Israeli leaders, and...it may not be popular with European leaders who get oil through the Suez Canal. So, after 0bama 'took sides' in that speech last night, other leaders may have contacted Mubarak and told him to resist. Their own interests are so great that they might be willing to fund Mubarak in defiance of 0bama.

Do you even have a clue what is happening? ElBaradei IS the Muslim Brotherhood, who founded Al Qaida, who formatted the “revolution” in Iran in 1979.

ElBaradei is the UN envoy for the IAEA, who oversaw the “sanctions” on Iran. Iran did not lose any progress on building a weapon as a result. Iran also is selling 35% more Oil to Asia than they were 2 years ago, further accelerating their advance on building a bomb.

You think this is still just about forming a simple Democracy? Not even close.

Watching the BBC live feed, it appears the pro-Mubarak supporters are gradually moving forward in this clashing. nobama’s comments really were helpful, weren’t they? nobama and his minions are so much smarter than the rest of the world...just so much smarter.

The idea that code Pink or Bill Ayers or any other bunch of ridiculous academic losers is behind this is nuts

They have put themselves behind this. Ayers has the confidence of Obama, Muslims respect that personal connection.

"How about Iranian history (1979ish)?"

The Egyptians? I sincerely doubt it since they live in roughly the same neighborhood, more or less, and have had trouble with Persians for millennia. Why do you think there is any comparison between Iran in 1979 and Egypt today beyond the fact of hated American supported dictators? Mightn't a better comparison be to the English Civil War or the fall of the Ceausescus? Who will play the role of the theocrat, the Khomeini of Egypt?

I do not trust the “peaceful” protestors OR the govt. Funny how “stones” (as in rocks the size of baseballs) just happen to lay around where Arabs gather. Very odd. /sarc

Feels like waking up and hearing that Biden is president.

I was disowned by a few “friends” because I voted for 43. Your tolerance is to be commended.

If Mubarak leaves before September it will indicate that the military have capitulated (unless of course Suleiman takes over). And if the military capitulates, you will have chaos and the chance for a good outcome of all this protesting will be questionable indeed. I think many people have been surprised by how long it took the Mubarak civilians to react. Then again, I am aware how the Mukhabarat (military intelligence) works and just how vicious the Ministry of Interior people can be. I think now they have begun to show their hand.
