Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli on Monday praised a Florida federal judge's ruling that the health-care overhaul is unconstitutional, saying "liberty has scored another victory."
"I am heartened by the fact that another federal judge has found that the individual mandate forcing citizens to buy private health insurance is unconstitutional," Cuccinelli said in a statement.
