I just read that on Bloomberg. Man, it sounds like Judge Feldman really hammered the administration for contempt of court. I wonder what’s next...I mean what can the judicial branch do to make the Interior Dept. follow the law if it refuses to obey the court’s decisions? This may end up being a great subject for hearings and investigation by the House GOP committee chairmen. This administration is simply dictatorial and autocratic in many areas. What if this case goes to the SCOTUS and then Obama & Salazar refuse to obey a SCOTUS order to end the moratorium on deepwater drilling? This could get very interesting in the end.
