Even if Palin had to pay McNasty not to endorse her, it would have been worth it. The farther away she can run from any previous association with that senile old psycho, the better.
Sad to say but I wouldn’t doubt it at all.
He’s probably not backing Palin because he realizes she caused him to lose because she was more intersted in building her own popularity then in helping him to get elected. Since most people expected him to endorse Palin, after all, he put her on his ticket, he can’t endorse anyone else either. If you say no to someone at the dance, you have to tell everyone no. I am sure he is holding a grudge against Palin for causing him to lose. I didn’t like McCain either, but I can see his point of view.
He is campaigning for the Secretary of Defense job.

To 44 - I believe that if Palin runs McCain will paint a target on her back. He, along with his wife and daughter, will be aiming for the bull’s eye.
McShame is old news. Nobody cares what he thinks and nobody cares about getting endorsed by a RINO.

It caused 56% to vote for McCain and 43% to vote for Obama.
Conclusion: McCain would have lost by a wider margin to Obama if he had not put Palin on the ticket.
