The headline said OBAMA'S BLOCKING OF NEW POWER PLANTS TRIGGERS NATIONWIDE BLACKOUTS which is patently false.

His policies may trigger future blackouts, but as I said previously, it takes longer than two years to build a power plant and put it online.
