Gee, the 25 years I've had to have a driver's license I didn't know it was racist. Now when a cop pulls me over for speeding,and asks for license and registration, I can call him a bigot and drive away, right?

I think it would work better if you say to the officer “No habla Ingles.” Act confused and refuse to speak English, with the exception of a few words like ‘racist,’ ‘sanctuary’ and ‘ACLU lawyer.’ It should only take a couple of minutes for them to send you on your way.
