First they tried to blame it on the Bedouins (who denied that they had anything to do with it and in fact do seem to be trying to stay far away from this conflict) and now they’re falling back on the empty center-fuel tank ruse.
The Egyptians have already referred to it as an attack, so I’d say the cat’s out of the bag. Of course it was a gas leak: one caused by saboteurs.
