This judge has effectively equated low IQ with an inability to recognize right and wrong, or to understand the potential consequences of one’s actions. Since much of the behavior extolled by liberals is equally irresponsible and indulgent, does that mean that liberalism is, by definition, a condition of low IQs? And does that therefore mean that liberals should not be allowed to breed?

It’s a theory I’ve maintained for years, but it’s never had the weight of official jurisprudence behind it before ...
