The biggest moment any singer can ask for: "The Star Spangled Banner" at the Super Bowl. And Christina Aguilera messed up the lyrics. They’ll always remember the time they were at the Super Bowl and screwed it up.

Each singer has to mess it up in his/her own inimitable fashion.

It sounds like she’s singing it for Soul Train.

I don’t know if it’s just me but Christina reminded me a lot of Roseann singing the anthem years ago. They both sounded like screeching to me. Granted it is a difficult song to sing. But somewhere between the west coast and the east coast and all points in between there must be a person who can sing it with the dignity it deserves.

Why do they keep hiring these yodelers?
Just play the recording of Whitney
Houston, the most beautiful version
I have ever heard.

It would've been anti-American to NOT applaud wildly while screaming "Play Ball".

This is a football game, not a singing contest.

Christina looked fine.

That’s my favorite rendition of our National Anthem. They sang like angels from heaven.
