They should be very careful about making such claims without fully investigating. It is QUITE easy to mistake a dead bishop on the landing for a headless monk, particularly if the robe gets bunched up around the neck...

The top photo is an obvious Photoshop job. You can clearly see rows of "rubber stamp cloning" artifacts in it in several places. Looks almost as bogus as the
Rooters "Beirut bomb smoke" hoax several years ago....
