If you notice the accidnets were several years apart.You only have to prove that you don’t regularly pass out behind the wheel that is why.If you go 6 months without anymore incidents you aren’t under restitctions anymore.Also if one needs to drive for work you get the same considerations anyone else gets.
I’d imagine she’s been advised by her lawyer to do this since the courts have shown in the past that they don’t like to place black children with white couples because they don’t have the black experince and aren’t able to rase the kids as black....
