Chipotle Under Scrutiny by ICE

Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc., a burrito chain that owns and operates nearly 1,100 outlets across the U.S., was forced to let go of hundreds of workers in Minnesota over recent weeks amid an immigration probe that has spread to other states.

*** snip ***

The company, whose slogan is "Food With Integrity," is one of the most prominent to be targeted for worksite enforcement by the Obama Administration, which has made employers the center of its immigration policy by setting up raids of company documents. In the fiscal year that ended Sept. 30, ICE conducted audits of more than 2,740 companies, nearly twice as many as the previous year. The agency levied a record $7 million in civil fines on businesses that employed illegal workers. It's unclear how many workers have been let go as a result of the investigations.

After the recent kerfluffle where it was revealed that Taco Bell meat is actually 75% sawdust, who knew that Chipotle Mexican Grill food was made with actual Mexicans?

Common practice for Mexican restaurant owners, to have a house full of illegals working for nothing. Slave labor.

In the home-building industry it is common to have Mexican masonry contractors paying their brick layers slave wages. Framing contractors as well.

One young fellow, Paulino, walked in one day inquiring as to how he could start his own business because the Mexican contractor he was working for was paying him dirt. He got his license, I got him signed him up with the company, he stole away the one crew he was running for the other guy and Paulino started building foundations for me. 2 years later Paulino had added about 50lbs, he was driving a big brand new beautiful truck, had another for the family parked in his garage at home, his wife was driving a BMW and his (now five) crews were still working for dirt.

So, why Chipotle? Did their corporate parent or owner make campaign donations to the wrong guy?

Follow the money...

That's a step in the right direction. Other steps include discontinuing the practice of giving illegals' babies anchor status, not allowing illegals to receive welfare, and refusing to give them "free" medical care. I'm sure a few other measures could be thrown in here.

Removing carrots will probably turn out to be the most effective tool for fighting illegal immigration, if only our politicians have the backbone to do it.

I’ve noticed that in the Chipolte’s I’ve been to in Florida, that if your anglo, they put about 1/2 the food into the burrito that a hispanic gets.... But that can’t be racism by the servers, because... ( turns out they’re probably illegals)

Hogwash.

Of course it's hogwash. I'll clean that part up for you.

After the recent kerfluffle where it was revealed that Taco Bell meat is supposedly made of 75% sawdust, it is good to know that Chipotle Mexican Grill food is made with actual Mexicans...

Better?

Happens everyday, before the government put tobacco farmers out of business, I knew one who ran a tobacco cutting business, his illegals lived in the basement of his house and in his outdoor garage, no heat, no beds, they cooked over an open fire, used a garden hose for water. He did build them a new state of the art outhouse but did not have the half moon in the door.

I got a call to replace a water heater at a rental property in Maple Heights, Oh. I was given the key, cuz the landlord said the renters would be at work. I went into the basement, and lo and behold! Ten bunk beds! Five more in the dining room. Six in the living room! I didn’t go upstairs. I knew the “renters” were Chinese because the kitchen smelled wonderful!

LOL, years ago I was in a Chinese import house in LA, there was a chain link fence between the offices and the work area, and an armed guard. About a hundred Asians working away making decorations sold at specialty shops. No cars in the parking lot except the two new Mercedes belong to owner and his wife.

We need to deport or imprison ALL illegal aliens, including their anchor babies, seal/secure the border with troops, a wall and a fence, and have a lethal response to all who try to re-enter illegally.

The guys may not have been illegals. I have many Chinese friends, now all proud US citizens, who would rent a house together, eat stir-fried celery and save every penny! They’re all successful now.

They put the hogwash in the carnitas.

And in the “beef” it’s only 65% dust. And it’s not sawdust, it’s soy dust and corn dust.

Chipotle is a chain that has been pro-homosexual, pro-transgendered, and pro-illegal immigrant. When I’ve complained in the past, their customer service representatives have been snide and confrontational.

I seriously doubt they’ve been any sort of enemy of the Obama administration.
