USUALLY? Can you back up that claim with even a single shred of real evidence? I doubt there's any evidence for the "usually" claim, although many sociopaths tortured animals when they were younger. It's one of the three elements of the "McDonald Triad" associated with young sociopaths; the others are bedwetting and pyromania.
