Will you be keeping this updated? It's about 50 miles to the West of me and may not get covered locally.
I'm interested in whether they may have been performing maintenance or if this was during normal production.
Turnarounds/shutdowns are when problems usually arise, especially when workers who are hired for such short term projects can't read the English which permits are written in.

See reply #28. Will you ask if they were doing a turnaround on that unit?
He may be told not to talk too if he's a company man so keep that in mind.
It might be better to ask before such an order is given.
