The Plea Bargain for this monster was the most idiotic things ever contrived by the Justice Department. The way it is written if they find a thousands girls bodies that can be tied to him, they can’t execute him as long as the bodies are located in King County.
This will give birth to another even deadlier killer in King County some day, mark my words.
It would be so nice if they could find a way to breach the deal and convict him on one of the other charges.
Of course he’d still be able to cheat the executioner.
