It would be a shame if the Vikings went to LA. It should be JJones and the Cowboys.

Goooo Viqueens, and take the other teams with you. I don’t want to fund a stadium for a millionaire. I watched as Jack Kent Cooke built his stadium for the Redskins, if he could do it so can the rest of them.

Squeeze play.
LA will never agree on where a new stadium is to be built.

My bet is on the Buffalo Bills going to LA. They have stunk for 10+ years and their owner is about 100 years old....

Will the Los Angeles Vikings still be in the North Division?

LA will never agree on where a new stadium is to be built. Exactly. I think the downtown site will not happen. Just the hurdles/time that come with the EIR's would put off any franchise. The best chance is the Chino Hills site near the 60 & 57 freeways. They've got the land there, the freeways, and they wouldn't have to deal with the City of L.A.

Taxpayers are going to get hosed.
Then again its LA, nobody pays attention. The county that tells kids how to take ecstasy “safely”...

Perhaps, but the owner of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres, Tom Golisano, just sold the team to clear the decks for a potential purchase of the Bills. He has stated that he would be doing so to keep the team in Buffalo, and he has the money to purchase a team. I'm sure the players would rather be in LA, of course, but it seems doubtful that the Bills will move there.

The idea is to have 2 teams moving to LA. One from the NFC and one from the AFC...

Plus, LA already has our (Buffalo’s) NBA team.

What a switch that would be. I grew up in L.A during the Fearsome Foursome and Roman Gabriel days. The Vikings seemed to be our perennial nemesis.

Taxpayers are going to get hosed. Just what the California taxpayers really need right now --- more debt.
Beam me up Scotty.

The local pols don’t care. Some idiot will pony the loan money, and these pols will be long gone when the insolvency comes.
Democrat voters just won’t get it, until the streetlights go out, and the neighbors start coming for their stuff.

After the year the Chargers had I doubt if they’ll be going anywhere soon. Except maybe home to watch the playoffs.
And I’m a Chargers fan
