RICHMOND, Va. -- Virginia's attorney general has formally asked the U.S. Supreme Court to consider his challenge of a key portion of the Obama administration's health care reform law. Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli's office said Wednesday it filed a petition late Tuesday to leapfrog an appeals court review scheduled for May. Cuccinelli had announced his intention to seek the review last week.

Greta will be so happy! The day Obamacare was ruled unconstitutional, she had on a half dozen AGs from suing states and told each one they should skip the appeals process and go straight to the Supreme Court. I hope they all do, when it comes to the courts Greta knows her stuff.
I am assuming the Rats are not eager to go to the SCOTUS because the deck is not stacked in their favor and by buying time a seat might open.
Stalling is what Obama does best, except when it comes to destroying America and living it up on the taxpayers' dime.
