Let me get this straight. Kagen is directly involved in creating the travesty called Onadacare. Thomas’ wife works for a lobbying firm that will allegedly benefit from the demise of the unconstitutional Onadacare. So somehow, the second situation is analagous to the first?

How would Thomas’wife’s firm benefit from the demise of Onadacare? How will Thomas’ wife benefit from same? Does anyone know?

The firm gets paid. That’s all.

If Mrs. Thomas worked for Macdonald’s and a case came up that involved MacDonald’s, the scenario would be the same.

____________

She has set up a lobbying business and PAC that is trying to repeal the health care law. If this was a liberal judge and his wife was being paid as a lobbyist to have legislation overturned, I’m certain that we would not have a problem with it.

Thomas should step away with the caveat that Kagan do the same. Scalia, Roberts and Alito can han dle this.
