The unemployment rate for construction workers in Orlando Florida area is over 35%. 30,000+ guys out of work.
There are PLENTY of qualified hardworking guys around Lake Nona Orlando who would take the work.

Then why weren’t their butts down there filling out an application? Or maybe they did go down there but on the application they put they would only work for union wages of $37 an hour instead of the $15 the others including the illegals work for. Herein lies the problem. Unions have so overinflated wages to the point of ridiculous that employers have no choice. I mean, come on guys, you have a guy with a high school diploma who has some carpenter/construction skills and you think he deserves $30 an hour?
