This isn't about freedom of speech.
This is about redefining morality.
I didn't. ON THE THREAD, people are calling gays rude and obscene names. That's not "redefining morality," that's being boorish.
Fight a gay agenda all you want. That's decent and fair. But calling ANY group of people by rude names is OVER. No calling blacks the N word, Jews the K word, people with Down Syndrome the R word, etc. If you think you are a good Christian or Jew or even conservative, but you insist on being crude to homosexuals, you are NOT a good person.
By the way, I am not referring to funny jokes that sometimes happen on FR that even a gay person could also laugh at. I'm talking about discussions like this one where boorish FReepers can't wait to insult people who are gay. Fight the AGENDA, not the individuals.
