Obama was against Bush's 'transition' to democracy in Iraq.
Obama never called for transition to democracy in Iran when there were protests there in 2009.
We have
never heard from Obama a call for a transition to democracy in North Korea, Cuba, or Venezuela.
Yet, in Egypt, where we have had an ally that was a stabilizing force in the Middle east for over three decades - bam, we need immediate transition to... something or other.
The kid is in over his pay grade, I'm afraid.
