Constitutional carry would be beneficial to those snared by rougue locals...
You know, I’ve been carrying “officially” since PA went “shall issue” back in the early 90s. I remember when I went to the Sheriff to get the card, and asked him if the carry permit (I hate that word) was good in Philly too; he said “They think they’re a separate country down there, but yes, it’s STATE LAW, and they have to obey it whether they like it or not!”
