What is to keep 1.6 BILLION Muslims from funding Egypt’s military or any other country’s military?

I don’t think that Saudi Arabia has any military- just Palace Guards. Also the same for Dubai & the UAE.

Funny- Tiger Woods is in Dubai while everyone else is at Pebble Beach.... why?
