Pat Buchanan is indefensible, but that doesn't mean everything he says is wrong. He may be a Nazi, but Bush is unquestionably historically illiterate and insufferably condescending. He left the conservative movement for dead having nearly destroyed it with his feckless foolishness. Now would be a good time for him to maintain radio silence. The sooner we can forget the nightmare of the Bush years, the better.

I agree. Pat has done less that is good for the country though. (Hurt it less too, but what would JF’K, or ManBearPig have done to the country?).

I would gladly trade the nightmare of the Bush years for the night terrors I have with the current administration.

He may be a NaziPretty close.
but Bush is unquestionably historically illiterate
LOL Seems like a lot of nitpicking going on by a Bush hater.
and insufferably condescending.
Not nearly as condescending as Buchanan is. Actually, I found Bush's personality to be quite pleasant. I'd much rather have dinner with him than with Pat.
