Either there’s much more to this story or some entity is going to receive a huge lawsuit.
Reminds me of the “fat finger” that caused the dow drop of 1000 points. Nobody in the business believed it since that sort of thing happens all the time.
I think there is something missing. If this device was working properly and has resulted in no injuries, we may have someone who was disoriented, etc.
