The proponents say it doesn't apply because it is a civil (not criminal) matter.
These machines presume guilt and you have to prove you're innocent.
Red light cameras need to burn in hell.
Full disclosure: I've never received a red light ticket... and my last moving violation (speeding) was in '89.
Not only that, but it doesn’t work as anticipated.
I’m STILL fighting two tickets from two years ago. Legal right turn on red, after a stop and checked to be sure there was no oncoming traffic, and I get ticketed.
And I will continue to fight this police state bullsh....
