the raising of the debt ceiling is not even remotely uncertain. it will happen no matter what anyone says, because congress with be threated with ‘riots and tanks in the streets’ if they dont do it. Enjoy your disappointment.
I would think the march on washington will occur if the DO raise the debt ceiling this time... we have had enough !!! stop the madness !!
