Now that the word is out, they are changing bunkers. Probably on a charter bus together or in rented cars.

A press conference statement from Gov. Walker.

Son, you can’t outrun Google.

Somehow I am picturing these democrats doing a Blues Brothers car chase to Chicago.

Washington state is looking at offering them a place to hide out.

From an email:

AFSCME—American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees sent me the below in an email just a few minutes ago.

—”Fourteen brave Democrats in the Wisconsin state Senate have fled their state rather than take part in a vote on Gov. Scott Walker’s plan to wipe out collective bargaining rights for public employees. The majority Republicans need at least one Democrat present before they can conduct the vote.

Now that they’ve left the state, should we invite the “Wisconsin 14” to safe haven in Washington state, where Senate Republicans here want to follow the Scott Walker plan?

Senate Republicans introduced three measures (SB 5349, SB 5345 and SB 5347) to wipe out Washington’s state employee collective bargaining, union and contracting out rights.”

Take the survey and tell us if we should invite the “Wisconsin 14” here.

This really is funny. It does not appear that they had time to pack bags (unless they knew they were going to do this and planned for it) such that they’re stuck wearing the same clothes and underwear until they go shopping for new ones or have arranged for their delivery. I would think too that a lot of the residents of Wisconsin are saying WTF?

It’d be terrible if they had an accident. Just terrible. Imagine the campaign rally the DNC would have.

Texas Democrats did this once...went to Oklahome. They looked
as stupid as they actually were.

I don’t think the Governor doesn’t need these fools to pass his bill
so what are they doing besides wasting taxpayer money on their
little jaunt!

I wonder if Chicago refuses to arrest them if WI could send over the National Guard to take them.

Willful abrogation of duty can be interpreted as a resignation by the executive branch of the government.

If your boss tells you to come into work, and you refuse, its the same thing as saying “I Quit”.

The governor should proceed along those lines.

Failure to appear and you surrender your position. Just like "forgetting" to pay taxes as a sitting loafing Senator.

DUmocrats have no business running for elected office.
