On top of that, no legal agreement can trump criminal law if the boy was indeed prosecuted in the scenario laid out by a previous poster.

I will also tell you that we had a couple of girls who played youth football in our league. Not on our team, but other teams. It amazed me to see how the boys reacted towards the girls. Even at 7-9, these young men knew something wasn’t right about it. They wouldn’t engage them on the field. My son even asked me what to do if one of the girls tried to tackle him (he is a WR) because he didn’t want to “hurt” her. I told him not to do anything different than he would if she were a boy. I explained to him that her parents were stupid enough to put her out there with boys and she would end up regretting it eventually, but he had a job to do and should do it. I also explained that she had the same pads on that he did and he wouldn’t hurt her if he played like we had taught him.
Fortunately he didn’t have to worry about her getting close enough to hit, but I noticed most of the boys took it easier on her than they did the other boys, but they wouldn’t let her “beat” them. We won and moved on, but I heard she didn’t fare too well against one of the more “rough” teams in our league and they really lit into her. There haven’t been any girls on the football field since then, thankfully.
She 14. There is no Tomboy exception to felony child molestation charges. She cannot consent to having any boy grope her breasts or crotch nor can the school district waive the child molestation laws on her behalf. Any boy who is more than 2 years older than her who wrestles her could be charged with felony child molestation.
Try wrestling your 14 year old daughter and see what happens to you. Try telling the police that you were coaching her so she could make the wrestling team and see if that flies.
OK she wrestled 33 and most were boys weather she won or not. No one has ever been sued in Michigan for such stuff.

Not necessarily true. Most states have a “close in age” exception in their statutory rape laws, namely a female minor beyond a certain age (usually around 14) can consent to such contact with a boy close in age (usually no more than two to four years older). Even then, though, there’s an issue of scope of consent.
All that said, the mere fact that I’m having to refer to rape statutes shows just how insane this is! And civil suits may not be covered.

First of all, the age of consent in Iowa is 16, not 18. If she's 16, she can do anything she wants with anyone she wants, even if they guy is 50 years old. But it goes further than that - 14 and 15 year olds are legally free to engage in sex with others their age, even though they're below the age of consent.
So there's no felony happening here, unless the girl complains, in which case the obvious argument is that she knew what she was getting into.
It will be argued that because he is Home Schooled he would not fulfill his obligation to his team.
Just looked it up. In Iowa, at 14 she can consent to sexual contact with someone up to 17 years old. Again, the fact that we’re even having to go here shows how insane this is, though.

I did dig into the website a little further afterwards, and there was some creep factor there. Makow looks like a conspiracy theorist - tin foil hat and all. Unfortunately a lot of sites opposing feminism have gone that route. The site AmericanWomenSuck.com (and its successor) has even turned to some Islamic influences (major red flag when AWS referred to Imanutjob as a “real man”).
Same with soccer. My coach had a brilliant plan. He pushed hard and we went up 2-0.
After that we played kitty bar the door, pushed the defense up and put their forwards up on offsides every time.
I really wished they didn’t have us play the girl all star team of a year ahead of us, but what can you do? At least this way, there was no contact at all.
Any chance boys will be allowed to play girls volleyball here in Iowa? Boys volleyball is not offered.
