We can’t wait to get out of here (CA). I feel like a gulag dweller in the state I grew up in. It feels like a third world hellhole now. Oh. It IS a thrid world hell hole now.

Blanton was hell. When he lost the election he started releasing prisoners left and right. Alexander had to be sworn in early to stop the madness. My choice for you is Loudon County at one of the lake front villages. Tellico and Rarity properties are quite nice and a fraction of CA. costs.
