If you are thinking that if Zero is proved to be ineligible invalidates the Rat 2008 ticket then you are wrong!
Vice President is a separate office (Read the Constitution!). The Electoral College votes on it separately. In theory they could have selected McCain, Palin or their next door neighbor for the office. However in practice the VP rides in on the coattails of the POTUS electoral vote, the VP vote is perfunctory.
Remember the Constitution does not recognize political parties. If Zero was declared ineligible it would be as if the office was suddenly vacant. Biden would be POTS, it would be interesting to see what they would do it that happened. I bet for awhile they would try to pretend that nothing happened. It would likely take multiple court challenges to force the issue. Anyway if Zero goes I am sure that Biden would quickly reappoint whoever Zero appointed and resign everything. Though all of those actions are likely subject to long lengthy expensive legal challenges.

I am convinced the only way this whole eligible/ineligible issue will be resolved is via the states. Right now the lack of required proof of eligibility by the states is a huge gaping whole in our system. A minor party candidate already exploited it and was on the ballot in 18 states. (There were 18 SOSs that couldn't be bothered with actually doing more then plotting to run for higher state-wide offices!) whether Zero also exploited that hole remains to be seen. (I am agnositc on whether he is or isn't. He is hiding something and I want to know what it is! In fact his lawyers already admitted it early on that he is hiding something and it's embarrassing!)

After 2012 I doubt if anyone other then a historian will bother to get to the truth. Zero viewed as a “Carter” with an additional asterisk regarding this controversy, making him a Carter-Chester Alan Arthur POTS.
