Not if the House holds firm. If House leaders say “we can’t sell a reversal on this critical issue to our members” they might get the Senate to waffle. It all comes down to who blinks first etc.
That is true, this probably isn’t the entire funding for PP and it can always be added again later.
Let them hopefully this goes on until the democrats shut down their beloved big government.
