Having a national ID handed out to illegal immigrants is a catastrophe. The article says that driver's licenses will expire at the same time as the visa. That means that illegals won't be getting them, since they don't have visas. If they'd gone to the trouble of getting visas, they wouldn't be illegal now, would they?
