I'll bring the stuff I know how to FIGHT with- a 1911 .45, a Remington 870 Tactical, an AR-15, and a pair of size 12 steel toed boots.

yea, most of the voting public are going to know who Tom Morello is.
For real? I mean, I know who he is, I know most guitarists (Tom Morello isn't one I would consider an inspiration either) becasue I like to study their methods, but heck, I'd say most folks won't even know who the heck Rage is, in it's best day it was mostly underground rock.
I will openly admit to being a fan of their music over the years, I like a lot of it... but if they really need some face for recognition, this guy isn't it.
