Put into law. whenever a President Visit Wisconsin he must submit a Legal Birth certificate, A Statement from Doctor or Nurse present at the time of birth,
any and all alias names,
any and all social numbers used,
all school records, including elementary, secondary, college, graduate (legal transcripts in sealed envelopes from college)
finanacial aid transcripts from college
all passports used in lifetime,
statement of earnings - including book royalities and advances
Air Force One is not allowed to land within the State of Wisconsin - because of global warming - the president must use one presidentail vehicle, that gets 40 mpg.

What they will probably do is start with something small but very annoying to the left - just to show that they mean business. That probably won't draw the dems back but they will show signs of annoyance. Then, something important will be passed in their absence and the dems will grow concerned.

Third time's a charm - they'll begin debating something that really gets the dems fired up, and they'll come back to debate it, or they'll come back right after it's passed.

I'll give the dems 2 weeks max.
