Armed robbers in Libya attack Serb oil workers - media - February 21, 2011 - Some 50 Serbian nationals who work in the Petrolcomet oil company have been attacked by armed robbers near the Libyan city of Ras Lanuf, Serbian media reported.

Russian railroad monopoly Russian Railways said Monday it was evacuating its employees from Libya. "A special group of Russian Railways representatives will fly to Libya to organize evacuation," the company said. Earlier Monday, it said there are 204 employees of Russian Railways and its subsidiaries in Libya. Russian energy giant Gazprom's subsidiary Gazprom International will also evacuate its employees, a source said.

Those were “Pro-democracy protesters” attacking and looting.
Serbs and others are safe in areas under control of govt.
