MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- State senators who miss two or more session days will no longer get paid through direct deposit. They'll have to pick up their checks in person on the Senate floor during a session.

If you really wanted to piss them off make WI a right to work state. (I am of course assuming WI isn't already a right to work state.)
No, if you REALLY, REALLY want to piss off the libs - all across the country - you pass a right-to-carry law, and then immediately upon issuance you deputize the holder as a member of the Wisconsin State Militia (subject to the state's jurisdiction only, unlike the NG). Then you issue and order that each deputy member of the militia has the choice to purchase and keep at home one full auto M16, M4 or M14, and as much ammunition for it as they want. That will get around the '86 machine gun ban, and between that and shall issue, duct tape will sell out in no time as libs seek to keep their heads from exploding.
