An Arizona jury has sentenced a border activist to death in the 2009 murder of a young girl and her father.
The Pima County Attorney's Office said Tuesday the Tucson jury returned the death penalty verdict against 43-year-old Shawna Forde. She now becomes the third woman on Arizona's death row.

She should get a death sentence because she is a murderer and any activism is beside the point and, from what I’ve read, just a front for her criminal enterprise. However, the MSM can’t resist the opportunity to bash opponents.
MSM is painting this criminal as a Tea Party activist.

Although not in this article it has been liberally spread around in pretty much every other one. MCDC kicked her out because they figured for the yahoo that she turned out to be. She then decided to organize her own "Minuteman American Defense" outfit and fund it with the sale of drugs stolen from drug dealers. She's rotten to the core and the needle is, frankly, too good for her.

You are correct. MCDC terminated her “for cause” in February of 2007.

I am aware. See my post above. I believe that the article I mentioned contained that disclaimer about 4th line from the end and the media has repeatedly labeled her a ‘minutemen’. No doubt, she will continue to be made out to be one of us, especially with the topic of amnesty being debated again. As someone else mentioned above....I won’t be surprised if they try to connect her to a tea party group.
I do not remember this one. I tried to Google her name. not much info on the original crime. Do you have any more info on it?

Forde belonged to the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps before her removal for what former fellow members described as unstable behavior, according to news reports.

I’m surprised they didn’t blame immigrants for last week’s snowfall. It’s a ridiculous blame game and is just plain wrong.”
